Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 /2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 /4 cup natural peanut butter (no xylitol!)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let them cool completely before serving. (Trust me, your dog won’t wait, but hot pupcakes are a no-go.)
