DIY Raised Dog Bed (Cool in Summer)

Ingredients

  • Two 10-foot lengths of 1-inch PVC pipe (Schedule 40 is sturdy)
  • 4 three-way corner fittings (sometimes called side outlet elbows)
  • 4 PVC end caps for the feet
  • Outdoor mesh fabric (sling or vinyl-coated polyester) or heavy canvas
  • A PVC pipe cutter or a hacksaw, sandpaper and a tape measure
  • A sewing machine and heavy-duty outdoor thread

Instructions

  1. Two long rails for the length of the bed
  2. Two short rails for the width
  3. Four legs about 5 to 7 inches long
