3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cookies: The Easiest Treat You’ll Ever Make

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cookies: The Easiest Treat You’ll Ever Make

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (make sure it’s xylitol-free—this stuff is toxic to dogs!)
  • 1 /2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling—big difference!)
  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour (or grind rolled oats in a blender if you’re feeling fancy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper because nobody likes scrubbing cookie residue.
  2. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Stir until it forms a dough. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more oat flour.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter (bone-shaped, obviously) or just cut them into squares.
  4. Place the cookies on the baking sheet. No need to space them out too much—these cookies don’t spread.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. They’ll be firm when done but still slightly soft in the middle.
  6. Let them cool completely. Your pup will thank you for not burning their tongue.
